Elfsys Account

With an Elfsys account, you can use the Elfsys App to manage your growing setup, templates and other data. All your data is stored securely in Elfsys Grow Cloud and synced across your devices. You don't need to worry about transferring data from your old phone when you get a new one. Just log in with your Elfsys account and you're good to go.

Your Elfsys account also lets you access other services we offer, such as shopping for products in our online store.

Register Elfsys account​

Create your account following these steps:

  1. Tap No Elfsys account? Register at the bottom of the login page.
  2. Enter the required information:
  • Username - used when logging into the Elfsys App; at least 3 characters;
  • Email - your Email address, used to receive verification and notification emails;
  • Password (and Confirm Password) - at least 8 characters with at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character;
  • Name - used in your app profile and in official emails.
  1. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and check I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy., tap Create Account.
  2. An email with the subject Verify your new Elfsys account will be sent to your provided email address. Enter the six-digit verification code from the email, and tap Confirm to complete the registration.

Now you can log in to the Elfsys App with your newly registered account.

Login to Elfsys App with Elfsys account​

You need to log in to your Elfsys account to access all your planting data on the Elfsys App.

  1. Enter your username and password on the login page, and tap Login.
  2. To ensure the security of your account, we might need to verify your login in some cases. Just follow the instructions on the page in that case.

You will remain logged in to your account until you manually log out or reinstall the Elfsys App.

Account management​

Logout Elfsys Account from Elfsys App​

You can log out of your Elfsys account following these steps:

  1. Access the settings via the home page and tap your profile at the top of the page.
  2. Tap Sign Out.

Reset password​

If you ever forget your Elfsys account password, you can reset following these steps:

  1. Tap Forgot Password? under the Login button on the login page.
  2. Enter your username and tap Submit.
  3. An email with the subject Verification code for password reset will be sent to your email address. Enter the six-digit verification code from the email, choose a new password and tap Submit to complete the password reset.
  4. Use your new password to log in to the Elfsys App.

If you're still having trouble logging in, you can also contact Elfsys support to assist you with getting back into your account.

Delete account​

You can delete your Elfsys account and all related data from the Elfsys App.

Deleting an account is irreversible.

  1. Access the settings via the home page and tap your profile at the top of the page.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm that you read and understood the consequences of deleting your account, enter your account email in Enter your email address to confirm and tap Delete My Account.

You have one hour to change your mind after you confirm the deletion. During this time, you can contact support to cancel the deletion and get your account back. After one hour, we will start deleting your account data according to the laws and regulations of your country or region. This will take up to 7 days. Your username will be available for others to use after one hour.
